‘Just Abide By Yourself’

Self-reliance matters a lot in Fitness. References always talk about findings of facts and figures they got with slots of time. It can be or cannot be similar as things going with us with time. But our body conditions changes with surroundings and how well we are dealing with our body ourselves is an exact indicator of what is good or what is bad for us.

Depending on other’s knowledge, views and ideas will not be always right for us and many times we are not doing right for us even though we expect going out of protocol.

So for life time fitness we should able to understand what our indicators are saying to us and we should always try to sharpen our indicators. We know surrounding conditions always changes and we always talk about revolution.

Many times, diet that experts don’t recommend us prove to be beneficial because our body type likes it and it heals us. Many times exercises not recommended to us be convenient and makes us feel more better physically and mentally.

Our body responses well to internal and external inputs that suits its needs and analogy and rejects adhocs even they are highly recommended. This phenomenon is different for different People with different body type, living conditions and their imposition to external environment. So we can’t say things good for a person will be good for another person or things bad for a person will be bad for another person.

This is pure conscience how we should tackle right aspects for us and not following retro types that may prove to be bad in long run.

This is just a science of abiding by ourselves and making our life more comfortable, enjoyable and happy.

Keto Diet

When we come up to dieting - ‘keto dieting’ is something vaguely misappropriated. Normal people just can know this as a way of diet plan in which we consume more fats and cut body fat by going through an intense and hyper tropic type of exercise regimes to lose weight. 

When we come to science of this typical type of diet plan we drop fat level by cutting body fat exponentially with relevant exercise regimes. Since it’s very vigorous we need to intake proper fats to compensate fat metabolism. This phenomenon is backed by intake of other essential nutrients and going through effective exercise plan to maintain proper weight and to lose weight in a long run.

It is an unconventional way of losing weight because when we suppress other essential nutrients with fat intake, our order of bodily metabolisms is distracted and if not leaded by high consciousness can have severe health impacts. 

We just cut fat by fat intake and perform exercises twice intensively to lose weight. 

This way is for people who want to drop weight very quickly. But is irrelevant for underestimated and suffering people.
