Exercise-Induced Depression!

  • Not using variations in exercise, diet and lifestyle; 
  • Lust before exercise, panic after leaving;
  • Thinking too much about rest periods, 
  • Up and downs as : Maniac and procrastinate, 
  • Too much sleep due to exercise exertion or less sleep due to relaxation of body cells, 
  • Uncontrolled eating habit before and after exercise,
  • Too much thinking about supplements, 
  • Mood swings leading change in behaviors or habits,
  • Dogma of confidence build up and adherence to reality,
  • Miscible expectations achieved,
  • Uncontrolled habits as needed and limitations realized leading to temptation and feeling of self-boundaries, 
  • Superiority complex parallax, 
  • Inherited stress that presumes as a mutation in a long run,
  • Metaphysical thinking and profound limits exertion leading to restlessness and stress,
  • Limiting outdoors and passing more time indoors,
  • Feeling of competitiveness, trying being efficient every time, limits in time frame, and ever increasing efforts; 
  • Feeling of been apart or distracted from things you loved, 
  • Laziness due to overactivity or overdoing, 
  • Over-programming, over-precautionary and over-control or over-management; 
  • Loss of intimacy, 
  • Body biomechanics being not as performance mechanics leading to un-overwhelming strength causing dogma and abrupt loss of energy and eagerness; 
  • Over-dependence on food, music, gadgets and sleep;
  • “Giantism”, 
  • Believe on unpruned changes,
  • Pro-management without accessing changes, 
  • Taking exercise as a job not as a hobby which need management of life to extreme levels, 
  • Less speaking habit aroused due to long hour relaxation achieved from exercise and less prone in making friends due to need of giving more time to exercise, diet and life management; 
  • Being far from entertainment world and recreational activities, and 
  • At last not the least, “he or she is better than me, “ parallax syndrome.
