How to overcome hypertension?

Hypertension is not a single issue but a cumulative effect.

Following are step by step ways we can overcome hypertension as a program:  

THREE TO FOUR MONTHS - PRELIMINARY VASOCONSTRICTION/VASODILATION  MANAGEMENT: Manage your exercise by doing more full body conditioning and toning exercises. Use foam roller each and every day post to workout to open your muscles facia and release tension brought about by exercise. Avoid intense and heavy exercises. Take handsome amount of rest periods between exercises. Eat easily soluble, less complex, more absorbable, light and more fluid rich foods. Avoid marketed macros and micros supplements. Go for soup-based diet. Avoid much beverages. Avoid junk and fast foods. Try to cook for yourself. Avoid stored foods. Try to cook immediately after getting home groceries.  Sleep at least seven hours a day. Hang more time recreating yourself. Try to spend more time with your beloved ones.  Avoid much computers. Be music savvy. Increase your outdoors.

FOUR TO SIX MONTHS - INCREASE IN VASODILATION WHILST MAINTAINING VASOCONSTRICTION: Use hyper proper diet reflux through programmed dietary management with still exercise and life style management for better lumen size of arteries keeping vasoconstriction in control.
