Three Dimensions of Breaking Muscular and Weight Loss Plateau


  1. Changing Exercise Module: Incorporating progressive overload as far as possible. Increasing weight or load with time will give extra intention to your muscles for growth and loss, and provide extra torque to break more muscles. 
  2. Changing Nutrition Module: Breaking more muscles will need more fuel to repair, replicate and proliferate. Emphasizing more on Macros will help in proliferation and growth of muscles and weight loss. And,
  3. Changing Life Style Module: You have to work and emphasize on better quality of sleep and add extra hours of sleep every week to get better recovery and proliferation during rest periods to increase muscles mass, lose more fat and enhance better muscles quality. 


In a conclusion, muscular development beyond muscles plateau and recommended weight loss cannot be achieved without above modular changes.
