Why strength training is entailed as a weight training and why light weight training is called as a High Intensity/Endurance/Anaerobic training?

Strength training cannot be defined as any weight training. It’s a heavy weight training for muscular hypertrophy in which heavy weight is lifted and up to 6-10 rep range and you will fatigue your muscles within that rep range. So what about a light weight and medium weight training. Light weight training is not a strength training but actually an endurance training where you perform your exercise for an extended time. You have to perform it continuously thus high rep range is achieved. Doing consistently and with high rep range with light weight training automatically becomes a high intensity training. And cause you are performing intensively you will achieve your anaerobic goal.

On the other hand, medium weight training will also involve your fast twitching muscles with slow twitching muscles with a rep range of 12-15 which is ideal for muscle growth, muscular strength and better overall physique. So medium to heavy weight training is actually defined as a strength training or weight training but a light weight training is not. Light weight training on the other hand is for high intensity, endurance and anaerobic achievement.
