For Diabetics, losing weight or gaining weight which is beneficial?

For Diabetics, gaining weight with putting on pure muscle tissues seems better than losing weight anonymously. Gaining pure muscles tissues will increase overall strength and lowers blood glucose levels due to more need of glucose with increased muscle mass. Increased strength levels with it puts a vital input on body to resist and overcome hyped blood glucose levels.

On the other hand, dropping weight abruptly could manage hyped blood glucose levels downgrading all vitals of body scientifically. But you might feel having low energy, lethargic and having low enthusiasm. So your strength level goes down. So combating with hyped blood glucose levels at a point of losing weight will be difficult.

Regarding fluctuations in blood glucose levels with the truth that not all days are same, putting weight with putting pure or lean muscle mass could handle this situation as the body is in exacerbated need of glucose or energy for smooth operation of daily work. On the other hand, fluctuations in blood glucose levels with decreasing weight levels will be pretty difficult to manage as the only way to manage this situation is adding up more physical activity or exercise and increasing nutritional deficit. This may make you more weak making you feel having very low energy level or strength which could be fatal.

Progressive Overload or Drop Set which is better for muscular hypertrophy?

As far as I think Drop Set is better. Progressive Overload involves increasing load progressively which ensures muscle fatigueness at a point. For the time being when you already have fatigued your muscles you cannot lift anymore or going beyond this will not be possible. The reason behind this fatigueness is you keep going increasing weight in every next sets.  Continuing your job seems beyond your possibility at a point. The science behind Drop Set seems opposite to this. You start with maximum load and then progressively diminish load in next sets. This will disallow muscles fatigueness and you will feel the job more doable with extra energy. This ensures better efficacy to your workout with drop sets.

Difference between Strength Training and Power Training?

Strength Training involves controllable/medium load level. Whist involves slow twitching muscles mostly also activates fast twitching muscles to some limit. This not only increases endurance also increases strength/power to some level and supports muscular hypertrophy.

Power Training on the other hand involves heavy load level. Whist involves fast twitching muscles does not activates slow twitching muscles at all. This will only increase power and supports muscular hypertrophy.

The difference between hypertrophy achieved with medium and heavy load training is significant. Due to high endurance level there is significant glycogen reserve depletion in muscle cells with medium load training. This will increase clean or lean muscle mass with very low fat percentage. This phenomenon seems to be opposite with heavy load training.

So medium weight trainers have high level of endurance, agility, fluency and perfection which ensures their greater functionality. On the other hand, heavy weight trainers have low level of endurance, low agility, low perfection and low functionality. They have greater power haphazardly than medium weight trainers but lack efficacy. Medium weight trainers are more lean and are more doable to any kind or sort of work with better efficacy.

The Psychology of Saving!

  1. Put fragments  in a whole realizing each and every fragments as a whole!
  2. Use same thing already used realizing each and every thing as new!
  3. Rectifying cost by using up to saturation realizing you just started using!
  4. Ideas of reuse and recombination realizing cost-effectiveness of not buying again and again!
  5. Don’t give a sit! realizing you cannot live without it!
  6. Saving is a team work  realizing saving is for all members!
  7. Increasing efficacy of use  by proper use technique and practice realizing it as your lifestyle!
  8. Belief on using effectively not intensively realizing quality in living is a method of happiness for ever!
  9. Make a Thrift Wallet realizing you at a time also get old but your living aspects remain the same!
  10. Saving is more cumulative than exponential realizing you can save and achieve more and more in coming years if you make your all conditions favorable for you!
  11. Cause and effect of saving and not buying again realizing utmost use of every thing to its last limit will never run down your pocket and you will lead a wealthy and a happy life!
