No Equipment Needed • Perfect for Travel • Full Body Blast


Warm-Up (2 Minutes)


• 30 sec Jumping Jacks

• 30 sec High Knees

• 30 sec Arm Circles

• 30 sec Bodyweight Squats

• 30 sec Bodyweight Squats


Main Circuit (Repeat 2x)


Push-Ups 45 sec

Squats 45 sec

Mountain Climbers 45 sec

Glute Bridges 45 sec

Plank Hold 45 sec

Rest 30 sec


Finisher (1 Minute)


• Burpees – Go all out for 60 seconds
