Lunch/Dinner: Quinoa Pasta “Egg & Tomato” Bowl

• Acknowledgement: Quinoa is a whole grain that has complete amino-acids profile. Good for muscle gain and managing medical conditions like diabetes, high LDL, high blood pressure, fatty liver, obesity, etc. Helps in managing weight and body recomposition. 

• Ingredients: Quinoa pasta, scrambled eggs, roasted or fresh diced tomatoes, spices (garlic & onion powder, chili flakes, oregano, basils, turmeric, black pepper powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder, salt as per your need).

• Method:


1. Cook quinoa pasta according to how much meal you need to prepare. 

2. Toss with scrambled eggs and chopped tomatoes. 

3. Season with above spices and a medium drizzle of olive oil.
