Misconception that only 5-10% of brain’s capacity is used by humans

You must have heard that we don't use our brain 100%. Only 5-10% of the brain's capacity is used by humans. In 2014, a science fiction film called Lucy showed this concept.

How a girl has learnt to use her brain's 100% capacity in comparison to normal humans. Gradually, she gains superpowers. But you know what, friends? This is not true.

It's a big myth that we use only 10% of our brain. Researchers don't know the actual percentage. But they believe that we use most of our brain's capacity.

At one time, 100% of the brain won't be used. But throughout the course of a day, different parts of your brain will work. And more or less, you use your entire brain in a day.

Think about it as a proof. When someone has a minor brain damage, how much harmful impact it has. If we were using only 10% of our brain, then we shouldn't have any problem with minor brain damages.

So, it’s not how much percentage of total brain we use but how many diasporas of brain we use at a time or the whole day of our daily life.

Cognitive people use to compare and analyze each and every piece of information regarding any subject or object to their best possible mental paradigm to come to a conclusion which is only possible when they cooperate and coordinate all lobes of their brain. So, brain functioning is not discrete not an integrity but really a synergy of whatever we think and analyze. This will directly reflect on our work function or performance.
