What ever you perform in gym will directly reflect in your work. The way and extent of exercise or workout you do in a programmatic way will develop an implicit draft or index or template that will go in line with time. I mean, if you do exercise in morning or afternoon or evening or night your rhythm and draft as reflection moves up from morning to afternoon to evening to night to next morning depending upon which time you prefer to do exercise. I mean, we have 24 hours in a day and anything you do goes in cycle. There is never a lag in natural time. This means, time will carry rhythm, extent and way of doing with your 1-2 hour exercise to your 8-12 hours work shift. It can be presumed easily by your colleagues and supervisors.
People who perform very intense and intellectual exercise or activity in gym will certainly carry that to their work because time carries it as it is never stopped. People who are sedentary or don’t perform intense exercise or activity will lack motivation, confidence, endurance, intelligence, intensity, agility and integrity at work which can be directly observed as well.
