Ab Activation with Rowing Machine!

We can use rowing machine for abs roller. Place your both hands on the seat and do same as you do with an ab roller machine. The modality is same. But since using rowing machine is more correct and seamless, you will feel extra tension in your ab muscles than using an abs roller. You need not to flare your hands very far from your body as it can cause lower back problems. Maintain a limited momentum as accounted would will be right for you and maintain very constant and consistent rhythm. It works on your all abdominal muscles very effectively. Maintain your form and posture till the end. Don’t exaggerate. Respire in each rep.
