Right way of doing Cable Pulley Incline Bench Anterior Deltoids Raises

It’s an innovative way of doing cable machine anterior deltoids raises. Keep inclined bench 2 inches away from cable machine. Bringing both cables in hands reversed and fixing your knees on sit having your body facing opposite to the machine, fully support your body from top to bottom. Raise your both hands very gently parallel to the ground. Don’t exaggerate. Don’t use heavy weight. Do it mindfully connecting your muscles and mind. Pull as much reps as possible. It is a very effective activation exercise for anterior deltoids. Going very high will unnecessarily move your rotator cuffs which is not safe. Maintain constant rhythm, consistency, good form and good posture. Don’t compromise your posture and form till the end. Do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps. This exercise is pretty safe cause your whole body is well supported. Respire fully in each rep.
