How to use hyperextension stand for overall back activation?

We can use hyperextension stand for overall back activation. It’s an innovative way of doing bent over row exercise. Overall back is been activated cause we get enough depth thus maximum ROM for full rowing movement. It’s more supported. The modality is same as normal bent over row. Nice thing about it is more safe and effective. Pull more reps as possible with medium weight. Do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps. Bring dumbbells almost touching your chest for maximum contraction and go as much down as possible at release. Do it mindfully. Muscle mind connection is a must. Don’t exaggerate. Don’t use heavy weight. Maintain your posture and form till the end. Respire fully in each rep.
