Using Pull Up Rack for Traps Activation

We can use pull up machine for our traps activation. While concentric movement we try to pull our trapezius muscles and slightly raise it from very starting position and going to top feeling maximum contraction. Coming to eccentric position we have to release and come to normal at the bottom. This is a very good exercise for trapezius muscles activation and hypertrophy. ROM should be maintained full. Do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps. Muscles and mind connection is a must. Don’t exaggerate. Maintain your posture and form till the end. Respire fully in each rep. Don’t use heavy resistance as it may bring cramps or injury.
