Using Pec Dec Machine for Back Activation!

Biomechanically, a pec dec machine can be used for an effective complete back muscles activation if done properly. We know pec dec machine’s two handles movement is biomechanically streamlined and we can row those handles upto the chest for back muscles activation. Our posture is just opposite as we perform chest activation. It’s similar to seated back row but cause the momentum is streamlined, it ensures better activation of overall back muscles and better size of lats. Do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps. Keep it medium weight. Try to pull more reps. Do it mindfully, consistently in rhythm and connect your muscles with mind. Don’t exaggerate. Don’t compromise your form and posture. Maintain your posture and form till the end. Respire fully in each rep.
