Lying High Cable Reverse Biceps Curl

Bring bench close to Cable Pulley. Use Bar. Grab high cable bar lowering to your body with both hands reversed and lying supinated. Curl your hands reversely as a biceps curl. This is an antagonistic movement to cable pulley biceps curls in standing position. This exercise is very effective and can be done with low load. You feel better pump and tension on your biceps muscles within 10-12 reps. Do it pretty mindfully. Don’t exaggerate. Do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps. Your hands should be curled reverse up to your forehead. Maintain rhythm. Maintain right posture, balance and form till the end. Don’t do heavy. Try to pull more repetitions. Muscle mind connection is a must. Respire fully in each rep.
