Right way of doing Wide-Leg Standing Pull Through exercise brings a lots of associated benefits. It is a compound exercise which activates your hamstrings, strengthens core, strengthens hip flexor muscles and associated glute muscles; works on abdominal muscles, lower back muscles, shoulder, quads, etc. You will feel pretty relaxed doing this exercise cause, in a sense, you stretch your whole body basically, core.
