Doing standing ab crunches using cable machine

We can do standing ab crunches using a cable pulley. Keep high cable. Grab rope with both hands in standing position attaching your hands above your forehead. Keeping this position intact and supporting whole body to one of the stand of cable machine perform ab crunches very gently, in a rhythm and with consistency. Don’t go pretty much down. Accomplish almost 50% ROM so that it’s safe and your ab muscles get fully activated. Going much down may bring you lower back problems. Don’t compromise your posture and form till the end. Don’t use heavy weight as it’s unsafe. This exercise modality is an innovative version of cable pulley ab crunches performed kneeling on floor. It’s give good results if done mindfully. Muscles mind connection is a must. Do 2-3 sets of 15-20 reps. Better pull more reps than increasing weight. Don’t exaggerate. Respire fully in each rep.
