Obliques Activation with a Cable Pulley!

We can use bare cable pulley to activate your oblique muscles. You just need to stand normally, grasp end ball of pulley very nicely, and crunch your obliques down diagonally gently feeling full activation and connecting your targeted muscles and mind. Don’t exaggerate. Do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps. Don’t go down extremely which will rather hurt your lower back than will activate your targeted muscles. It’s an effective way of targeting your oblique muscles with lower load. It should be done mindfully. Don’t use high load as it may cause cramp or injury. Respire fully in each rep.
